iHeal HealthTech, a dynamic healthcare technology startup, recently participated in the highly anticipated National Bio Entrepreneurship Boot Camp organized by the prestigious Centre for Cellular and Molecular Platforms (C-CAMP) in Bangalore. The event, held from April 11th to April 14th, provided a platform for emerging bio-entrepreneurs to gain valuable insights and propel their startups to new heights.

During the opening session, Dr. Alka Sharma, Senior Advisor at the Department of Biotechnology (DBT) India and Managing Director of the Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC), emphasized the significance of the boot camp as an exceptional opportunity for discovering new pathways to growth. The presence of esteemed professionals like Dr. Sharma highlighted the importance and caliber of the event.


Dr. Manish Diwan, Head of the Strategic Partnerships and Entrepreneurship Development (SPED) division at BIRAC, expressed his belief that the boot camp would provide valuable insights into go-to-market strategies for startups and position them on a trajectory toward becoming unicorns. Diwan's endorsement underlined the potential of the boot camp to propel participating startups to unprecedented success.

The boot camp offered a comprehensive agenda, spanning multiple sessions conducted by industry experts and thought leaders. Participants were exposed to a wide range of topics, including commercialization, patenting, customer definition, lean canvas modeling, market spaces, regulatory pathways, intellectual property, product definition, manufacturing and deployment, funding and investment, legal aspects, and fundraising stages.




iHeal HealthTech had the opportunity to learn and grow alongside some of India's top bio-entrepreneurs, creating a collaborative environment that fostered innovation and networking. The event aimed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the intricate landscape of the healthcare and biotechnology industries successfully.
